Perfect for the grill! August 4, 2010

I am always trying to find a place to put down my basting brush when I grill, and far too often it falls off of my very small workspace. The Brush fits very nicely on the cup, and the cup is very nicely balanced, so it does not seem ready to tip over while I scrub the grill or turn over the items I am grilling. both the brush and the cup seem very well made. I felt it was a real bargain for the money.

The brush is very easily cleaned and the cup holds it fairly well. I think this is great for the grill (and stovetop/oven) when you need to apply sauces.

This is a perfect saucing system for me, a novice griller. It works very well. The brush stays on the cup. The brush is stainless steel. Very nice looking.

I'm pretty much a cheapskate so I really didn't want to get this premium priced sauce kit but I really was tired of cheap brushes that rust and the bristles fall off and onto my food. So since I was buying a new Weber grill, I just decided to get this because Amazon offered a dealio if you bought this together.
Wow! I love this "saucing system" as they like to call it. The cup feels substantial and is a great shape. It balances the brush perfectly so I don't have to worry about it tipping over. In addition, the extra sauce on the brush falls right back into the cup.
But the most important thing is that the brush feels so good to hold! The bristles are silicon so it can handle heat and lasts forever. I know this sounds crazy but it just feels nice in the hand. It is a cold aluminum (not cheap plastic that looks like metal). If they put an APPLE logo on this thing, they can sell it for hundreds!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS BUT I WANT ONE!! Ha Ha!!
I bought this last summer and it still looks like new. Get this thing. It's a bargain at any price!!
